Collaborations

Melissa, Hale Life

Melissa, @thehale4life, has been in corporate America for over 17 years, is a VP, an entrepreneur, a mom, a stepmom, a wife, and a loyal friend. Her love for food, farmers markets and her moms kitchen is what led her to creating Hale Bone Broth, but it was losing her mom to cancer and her brother in car accident that forced her to realize that life can be short and so hard at times but still filled with so much meaning.

She learned she needed to find ways to HEAL, and this is when she said YES to Julie’s invitation to be a part of the Hope Experience. Being a part of a community of women, connecting and sharing space together was exactly what Melissa needed. Being able to HELP others through sharing her own story opened her up to such a deeper meaning of life. Hope + Hale created a safe space for healing and support in a complete mind body and spiritual way. Melissa is so honored to be included in this journey.

Sarah, Om for Mamas

Here is another inspiring, motivating & really cool friend of mine that I would love to introduce you to.
Sarah Justice founder of OM for MAMAS.
Sarah is Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and life coach. Sarah inspires women to nurture themselves and give themselves permission to have fun right now (not when there is “more time”) so that they can show up for their families with confidence and love in their current season in life.

A recovering perfectionist, people-pleaser, productivity junkie, and party girl, Sarah speaks openly about her personal struggles with motherhood and shares the spirituality and energy practices that aid in the healthy coping strategies she uses today.

As soon as I met Sarah I knew how special she was. We are so happy to be collaborating again with Sarah this March at the Soul Project Workshop & in October at our Fall Killington Adventure Experience. Give her a follow and see all the amazing things she has to offer 🙌🏽
